Roller Coaster Set

Description

Build a working motorized roller coaster, then investigate the science and engineering principles that make it run. More than 500 K’NEX parts and a battery-powered motor form the main roller coaster model, while alternate instructions let students build a ramp or half-pipe one at a time. An experiment guide turns the models into hands-on investigations, inviting students to build, test, observe, and evaluate how changes affect the systems they create.
